All claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to Elite PC within 24 hour of product receipt.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

No refunds are given for opened software or for products that are not returned including all disks, manuals, and packaging, etc. Elite PC will only accept requests for refunds within the first 15 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing on the original sales quote or invoice. After 15 days, Elite PC’s responsibility for malfunctions or defects in hardware is strictly limited to repair or replacement. The decision to repair or replace is made solely at Elite PC’s discretion. Any product that proves defective and is a special order item, not currently stocked or available from Elite PC’s inventory will be returned to manufacturer for warranty service and as such will incur an extended replacement time.>
